 Instruction

1. Pneumatic transporter consists of pressure tank, feeding valve, discharging valve, air intake valve, air release valve, and flow state valve,and the pressure pot is made according to the stand 0.8 Mpa, where the powder put in.By the force of the compressed air, the powder is conveyed to long distance.

2. The level guage is used to examine the amount of the powder in the hopper. In the pneuamtic conveying system, the piezoelectric vibrator type fork leve gauge consists of integrated circuit, piezoelectric vibrator, and tuning fork. Connected with the power supply, a vibration of a fixed frequency is generated, and vibrate the fork, and the relay in the gauge is shut, so the output signal from the transfer contact is no powder contacting; While the powder contacts the fork, the damp vibration changes, and the relay opens, so the output signal from the transfer contact is contacting with the powder.

3. Pressure swith: used to inspect the pressure in the pot, controlling the shift of the related valves.

4. Dust collector: pulse bag type dust collector is high effeciency 99%, which collects the dust, and clean the air . For instance,according to the indoor environmental requirements, we design the multi-step dust collection plan an put the machine outdoor.Air source: consists of air compressor, air cleaning device and air storage tank. The air compressor generally is screw rod type; The cleaning device type is drying and eliminate the moisture; The air storage tank stablize the pressure of the air source, enhancing the utilization ratio of the air compressor.
