YDZZ-95 piezoelectric vibrator type fork level gauge developed by our company, is used to test the powder level in the hopper, with simple communication and high reliablity:
1．Applied to non-adhensive powder
2．Consists of plate with integrated circuit, piezoelectric vibrator, and tuning fork.
3．Send signal while the powder touching and leaving from the fork, reliable and with time delay function.
4．Not related to the electrical property, no transmitt parts, and long working life.
5．Can be installed horizontally or vertically.

Simulated Demonstration

Structure and principle

The piezoelectric vibrator type fork leve gauge consists of integrated circuit, piezoelectric vibrator, and tuning fork. Connected with the power supply, a vibration of a fixed frequency is generated, and vibrate the fork, and the relay in the gauge is shut, so the output signal from the transfer contact is no powder contacting; While the powder contacts the fork, the damp vibration changes, and the relay opens, so the output signal from the transfer contact is contacting with the powder. The relay has 2 series transfer contacts which is used to send the acousto-optic signals and applied to the control system.

Installation

The piezoelectric vibrator type fork leve gauge can be installed horizontally or vertically, confirming the open position according to the specific situation. The installed level gauge can detect the powder, avoiding impact directly. We can weld a V type metal, which hides the fork in length and width efficiently avoiding impact directly.

Application

The gauge has been adjusted while exworks, and the potentiometer can be reset by the sensitivity on the circuit board, so the fork of the gauge stops while the powder contacting, and vibrates while the powder is leaving. Whiel the gauge is used in the vibrated hopper, the user can adjust the potentiometer to restrain the disturbing from the vibration, and indecating the correct position. Please refer to the instruction for specific information.

Notic

1．The gauge is not sensitive to some adhensive powder, but not suitable for deliquesce stuff .
2．While installation, please catch the barrel and flange, and don’t touch the fork directly.
3．While installation, please don’t let the powder impact on the fork, If necessary add a cushion plate on the side of the hopper, to avoid the impact from the powder.
