Our YDZZ-08 piezoelectricity tuning
fork position measuring meter , with the advantage of
simple operation and reliable communication , is used
to detect the position of grains and powder materials
in the storage .

Structure and
Principle
It’s
made up of piezoelectricity crystalloid ( dipole ) ,
electronic circuit and detecting tuning fork . After
turning on the power , materials haven’t reach
detective tuning fork , while electronic circuit and
piezoelectricity dipole produce a shake of a certain
frequency and let the fork shake . At this moment ,
relay in the position measuring meter close switch , the
junction output signal showing that material doesn’t
reach the fork . When reach tuning fork , because of the
effect of resistance , the fork stops damp shaking ,
then relay sets free and position measuring meter output
the reaching signal .There are two sets of convert
junction supplying for outside sound and light signal or
external control .

Installation
Piezoelectricity
dipole position measuring meter can be installed
horizontally and vertically . It’s required that the
hole’s location on the storage should be decided
according to installation requirements , detective
tuning fork of position measuring meter should be
efficient to detect materials and can avoid direct
impact of materials . We seal aΛ-structure block on the
storage to envelop detective tuning fork .Length and
width of block should be enough to envelop tuning fork
and prevent it from direct impact of materials . |

Use
Wiring diagram is shown
below . The measuring meter has been adjusted before
coming out of factory , you can select suitable delicacy
for different materials by adjusting the potentiometer
on the circuitry board , thus it stops the materials
when reach the detective tuning fork , shakes again when
materials break away . When it is used in the storage
with shakes , you can adjust steady potentiometer in
order to restrain the interrupt from outside and make
the indication much veracious . The detailed adjusting
method refers to the introduction on the cover inside
the box of position measuring meter. |

Attentive proceeding
1.This meter is not
sensitive to glutinous materials and not suitable for
those are easy to deliquesce or agglomerate .
2.Hold the body of cylinder and the sections with
flange when you move the meter , and don’t hold the
fork to lift and pack .
3.Because it uses drooping position measuring meter ,
please use steel wire to sling and install don’t use
its own join thread as a sling . |
