Index Space:
The
proportion of space and multiple , its value can only be
one of numbers 1 , 2 , 5 .
Display Space: The difference between two
conjoint readings on the display screen , also can be
called index value .
Excitation Voltage: Provided by the display ,
used for driving the voltage of strain resistance sensor
.
Strain Resistance Sensor: A component which can
transform force into voltage .

Each sensor contains
two parts:
First part: According to
force , this metal component , commonly called elastomer
, deforms linearly .
Second part: According to transfiguration magnitude of
elastomer , this part changes its resistance strain
sheet .
Output ratio of strain resistance sensor: The ratio of
the output voltage , coming from strain resistance
sensor , and the excitation voltage . We can say that
this resistance is strain . Delicacy of sensor output
data can be denoted by mV/V .
Max Measuring Range: The maximum reading that can
be shown by display ( only consider about numbers before
decimal point ) .
Index Value: Weighting value corresponding to
each separate scale reading

Self Weight: Weight of loading instrument itself
. It lets the sensor put out voltage .
Measuring Space: The readings , also called
quantity shown on the display , stand for the standard
change of weight on the loading instrument .
Tare : Weight of wrappage , balance platform and
hopper .
Suttle: Weight of material being measured .
Gross Weight: Total weight of wrappage and
materiel .
Flaying: Regard the weight of platform and hopper is
zero , that is the weight of weighing apparatus without
loads .
Fall(Weight): When the feeder of weighing
apparatus is feeding , materials constantly drop into
hopper or platform .Once it stop feeding , some
materials will keep to drop into the scale because of
inertia and altitude difference . The weight of this
part of material is called fall weight .
Advanced Value: In order to avoid fall , this
difference can be removed from setting parameters , and
send out weighing dictates in advance .
Subsection Feed Advanced Value: To pledge feeding speed
and precision , weighing apparatus use double-speed or
multi-speed feeder , the difference between them is
called speed difference or advanced value .
